C.S.A. is overseen by an Executive Board, while day-to-day operations are handled by its Director of Operations and staff. While the club has professional coaches in its Academy and Competitive programs, Crossroads ultimately relies on volunteer coaches for many of its recreational teams.

In addition to his work at Crossroads, Jeremy is a teacher and the Boys’ Soccer Coach at Bolton High School.
Prior to coming to CSA, Jeremy practiced law in Fort Myers, Florida while also serving as a youth coach at the Greater Fort Myers Youth Soccer Association. Jeremy’s previous soccer and administrative experience included a stint as a graduate assistant coach at Spring Hill College (Mobile, AL) as well as a term on the Louisiana Soccer Association executive board as Vice President-Adult. He played soccer at Tampa Jesuit High School (3-time State Champion; 4-time All-State team; 1999 Florida 4A & Overall State Player of the Year), Temple Terrace Spirit of ‘80 (3-time State Champion), Spring Hill College (Gulf Coast Athletic All-Conference team; All-American Scholar Athlete), and PGS/Vogel Den Haag (The Hague, Netherlands).
Jeremy earned his bachelor’s degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He holds a US Soccer Federation “D” License and is currently continuing his coaching education.
Jeremy oversees the day-to-day operations of the club; acts as a technical resource for players, parents, and coaches; and works with the club’s Director of Coaching and Player Development to devise and implement player and coach development programming and training curriculum. Jeremy also volunteers as the chair of LSA’s Discipline & Appeals Committee.
