Crossroads Soccer Association’s mission is to educate the youth and adults in our community about the fundamentals of soccer while fostering personal growth, individual worth, athleticism, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship in a positive, recreational and competitive environment.
In promoting soccer within our community and creating a life-long love of the game, Crossroads Soccer: provides free community clinics and camps; hosts local youth recreational league (children ages 3 to 18); fields competitive teams (the Crossroads Pride, U11-U18) in the Louisiana Competitive Soccer League (LCSL); hosts recreational, competitive and State Cup tournaments; and holds camps and clinics for player and coach development throughout the year. Additionally, Crossroads Soccer provides sanctioned indoor and outdoor play for adults.
With over 1,000 players comprising over 80 recreational and 10 competitive teams, Crossroads Soccer’s ultimate goal is to provide its members and the community with an enjoyable soccer experience.
The Association is overseen by an Executive Board, while day-to-day operations are handled by its Director of Operations (Jeremy Poklemba), its Coordinator of Club Programs & Education (Martin Iddon), and its Competitive Commissioner (Zach White). While the club has a professional coaches in its competitive program, Crossroads ultimately relies on volunteer coaching (100+) for many of its recreational teams.
